PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

The SC Product Specific Terms are intended to highlight some of the important things about using our different products. The Product Specific Terms form part of the SC Customer Terms of Service (the “TOS”) and are hereby incorporated therein.

DEFINED TERMS

“Feature” or “Software Feature” refers to a software component or module that allows you to perform a function.

“Free Software Feature” or “Free Feature” refers to a Software Feature that is made available to you through one of our products or services at no Subscription Fee.

“Paid Software Feature” or “Paid Feature” refers to a Software Feature that is made available to you through one of our products or services for a Subscription Fee.

“Freemium Software Feature” or “Freemium Feature” refers to a Software Feature that is made available to you through one of our products or services in a limited capacity at no Subscription Fee, and in a not-limited capacity for a Subscription Fee.

“Ad-Supported Software Feature” or “Ad-Supported Feature” refers to a Free Feature, or a Freemium Feature that may incorporate SC sponsor logos and/or ads. When we don’t charge you for the use of Software Features such as for your use of the Free Features or for your use of Freemium Features in limited capacity without an applicable Subscription Fee, we generate funds to support these services by showing you ads and sponsor logos. Businesses and organizations pay us to show you ads for their products and services. Businesses and organizations may also from time to time sponsor these Features where they pay us a sponsorship fee in exchange for showing their logos to you. Without the revenues coming from ads and sponsorship we would not be able to support Free Features. We don’t sell your personal data to advertisers or sponsors, and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers or sponsors unless you give us specific permission. Instead, advertisers and sponsors can tell us things such as the kind of audience that they want to see their ads or sponsorship logos, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We may provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content.

Whether a Software Feature is provided as a Free Feature, as a Freemium Feature, as an Ad-Supported Feature, or as a Paid Feature is referred to herein as that Software Feature’s “Payment Category”.

Unless specified otherwise in this Agreement, or any other written agreement between us that specifically and explicitly supercedes this Agreement, any Software Feature made available to you through our website or services, without a well defined Payment Category is assumed to be categorized as an Ad-Supported Features. However, SC reserves the right to define and/or change the definition of the Payment Category of a Software Feature at its sole discretion at any time for any reason or no reason at all, as long as the Payment category for a particular Feature or for a set of Features is not specified as a commitment for a particular agreement term by SC to you in writing. Further, SC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to specify (and change the specification of) different Payment Categories for the same Feature for different market segments to the extent allowed by applicable laws.

If you are using any of the product(s) or service(s) described below, the terms corresponding to those product(s) apply to your use. We periodically update this page, so please check back here for current information.

1. ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION

Online Event Registration includes but is not limited to the Software Features and their Payment Categories provided in the table below:

1.1 Event Builder. Online Event Configurator that allows you to create a new event and/or make changes to an existing event including the deletion of the existing events’ configurations stored in our Service, specify parameters about your event including without limitation:

  • visa invitation letter requests
  • hotel bookings
  • flights / transportation info gathering specs
  • schedules
  • Sub-events
  • registration rules
  • event documents
  • document submission requirements

  • misc info for attendees
  • announcements
  • changes
 Free Feature
1.2 Online event website hosting. Host the website / landing page for your events configured in 1.1 at a permalink that you can share with your Users Freemium Feature, Ad-Supported Feature; (We may display ads and logos of our sponsors on these event landing pages, that may be of interest to you, tastefully, and lawfully.)
1.3 Online registration. We provide the ability for your Users to register for your event(s), change their previous registration, and withdraw their previous registration, all from your event landing page you created in 1.1 and hosted from 1.2. If you specify a payment processor, and you specify an event fee larger than 0 currency units in the currency of your choosing, we will prompt your Users to make a payment to you online. If you collect such online payments, we will charge you a convenience fee for facilitating the online payment. This convenience fee will be specified in your Order Form. This online payment facilitation fee does not include the fee charged by the payment processor. You will be responsible for paying the payment processor fee to your payment processor. If your event is free, or if you do not collect payment from your Users online, we will not not charge you any fees. Freemium Feature, Ad-Supported Feature; (We may display ads and logos of our sponsors on these event landing pages, that may be of interest to you, tastefully, and lawfully.)
1.4 Event administration. When you provide you, and others that you designate as authorized administrators for your events, with the ability to conveniently view, track, modify, report on, and search event registration data resulting from online event registrations via our provisioned Feature from 1.3 above. Free Feature, Ad-Supported Feature; (We may display ads and logos of our sponsors on the dashboards and other user interfaces that you and your designated event administrators may see.
1.5 Credentialing tool. Designing and printing event credentials. Paid Feature
1.6 Event Hospitality Management. Collect users flight / other travel, accommodations, visa invitation letters related info to provide them with better hospitality while they attend your events Paid Feature
1.7 Event E-Commerce. Sell products and services to your Users before, during, and/or after your event through the event landing page. Paid Feature

2. TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT
